 (FL-II,FL-III,CL-III,FL-BR2,CLFL-TOD,E1,E2,etc  )

A. 1)    26 th  January    (Republic Day)

     2)    30 th  January    (Martyer's Day)

     3)    1 st May    (Maharashtra Day)

     4)    Ashadi Ekadashi

     5)    15 th August    (Independence Day)

     6)    Anant Chaturdashi

     7)    Two day's in prohibition week that is to say the 2nd October & 8th October

     8)    Kartiki Ekadashi

B. The day or days on which poll in relation to any general election or by -  election to the house of people or the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly   or any local authority in the state is taken in the constituency in which such premises are located and two days immediately before such day of poll the day after poll,the day before the counting day or days on the counting day or day and the day immediately after counting

C. Such special occasions and in such area as the Collector may, after giving a notice of not less than seven days in the official Gazette and in any local newspaper having wide circulation in such area specify in this behalf.

D. For FL-IV club license, Three Star  & above category only election dry days are applicable.

1)    FL-I  :-     10.00 am    to    8 pm 

2)    FL-II  :-   10 .00 am    to    22.30 pm    (Mumbai,New Mumbai & Thane)

                       10.00  am    to    21.30 pm    (Other Places)

3)    FL-III  :- 11.30  am    to    1.30 pm    (Mumbai,New Mumbai & Thane)

                       11.30  am    to    23.30 pm    (Other Places)

4)    FL-IV :- 11.30 am    to    15.00 pm    &  18.30 pm    to    23.00 pm   

5)    Form E & E-2    9.00 am    to    24.00 pm

6)   CL-III :- 10.00 am  to 10.00 pm in 'C' calss municipal areas and in areas within the limits of Zilla Parishads 

                     (excluding cantonments areas)   and from 10.00a.m. to 12.00 midnight, in all other remaining areas
