a company the name and address of the partners or Directors, as the case may be

exact location and full address of the premises where the
warehouse shall be located

(c)

whether on the date of the application the applicant for
any of his partner / Director holds or has at any time in the past (individually
or in partnership with others) held other excise license and if so, the details
thereof;

(d)
|
Proof of solvency of the applicant;
|
|
|
(e)
|
whether the applicant is in arrears of any excise duty or
any other government dues such as sales tax, income tax, etc
|
|
|
(f)
|
an undertaking that he shall abide, by the conditions of
licence and the provisions of the bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 (Bom XXV of 1949)
and the rules, regulations and order made thereunder, from time to time.
